Hi, I bought the above on 4th Dec 2013. I only completed my cinema set-up in Feb this year. The AVR 171 is constantly locking up/freezing and displaying 'BCO update Please wait.' No matter how long I wait it remains frozen. The only solution I found online was to reset the device by holding the surround mode button for 5 seconds.
