Without the USB-to-CAN Interface (Or MPI-II as BRP calls it) and a Dealer Code, the Software is worthless. And a regular dealer code is only valid for half a year or a year. All you can do with BUDS - as long as you have a dealer code - is just do some diagnosis, zero out the TPS, programm keys, clear the maintenance soon message, check and clear error codes, that's it. And I really doubt that this guy can provide a (legal) dealer-code to use BUDS. These Codes are sent by Can Am directly, and are limited to one per dealer as far as I know.
